Respect

After looking at MANY builders and model homes, we stumbled upon a Cornerstone Model and immediately knew we had finally found someone who “gets it”. We didn’t want a house that looked like every other house in the neighborhood…we wanted a house that was unique to us. After talking with Tony and Kristy, they knew exactly what we wanted and had the perfect floor plan designed catering to us. We were afraid that there would be no way for us to get into our “dream home”, but they showed us how it could be done to fit our budget. Throughout the entire process, no matter what the association with Cornerstone/Wade Homes--employee, subcontractor, salesperson, lender, laborers--not one person treated us as just another homeowner. They made us feel special and important, and all exhibited a warm professionalism that is rare to today’s world. They were all genuinely helpful and excited to assist us in any way they could. From beginning to end, we could see the craftsmanship and care that was being taken with our construction. Our new home is very energy efficient: we’ve never had a home that stays so cool in the summer and warm in the winter, and still have the lowest gas and electric bills ever. We went from a 1200 square foot home to an almost 2000 square foot home and have lower bills now then we did then! Our Cornerstone/Wade home buying experience is one that we will continue to share with everyone we know.
